IMG_0526

These insects on lady fingers and "White Flat Beans"(白扁豆)were shot at the backyard of a row of terrace house where the residents grow them for their own consumption.
Chinese likes to make soup by using this' White Flat Beans " with pork ribs.
The Chinese believes that the bean is rich in protein, carbohydrate, fat, calcium, phosphorus, fiber, Vitamin A , Vitamin B1, B2 and Vitamin C.

It was her daughter-in-law's birthday cake.

Tea Break Menu :
1.  3 pieces of Chocolate Cream Cake.
Yes , I ate all 3 pieces ! Feeling guilty after having so much butter and sugar !
2. A cup of Tea - no sugar ,no milk .
