It is my neighbour Mrs. Leong who baked this Black Sesame Seeds Cake, topped with Crushed Walnut.
This is the "sample cake testing " as her first time baking of this cake.
How about the recipe ?
I am sorry , it' s her "secret recipe " that she might read it somewhere on a baking cookbook. But I could taste some salt in this cake. She might use cooking oil instead of butter.
Anyway, I will make a suggestion to her that the cake will even taste better if she could mix more walnut into the cake !
