Healthy Breakfast and Lunch



I usually go for healthy meal almost every morning. 
The hawkers' food has too much sodium and too much fat.  

Health Breakfast Menu :
1. Muesli and milk + 1 mug of sugarless coffee



Healthy Lunch Menu :
1. Saute Chinese Cabbage and Salt and Garlic 
2. Half a Bowl of Rice
